Degree’s Trainers for Hire challenged the fitness industry to create more inclusive spaces for people with disabilities by increasing representation at the trainer level. The integrated campaign launched with an open letter in The New York Times,mobile billboards across NYC, and an inclusive pop-up spin class in Flatiron, led by Paralympic medalist Blake Leeper. The work generated 1.1B earned media impressions and brought national attention to Degree’s mission of making movement accessible to everyone.
